How FSBO Listed works
Three steps from “for sale by owner” to “on the MLS.”
- 1
Tell us about your home
Answer one guided form and upload your photos. About 20 minutes, and you can save your place.
- 2
Approve your AI-written listing
Our AI writes your MLS description, Zillow copy and social post in minutes and checks it for missing details and fair-housing issues. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- 3
Go live everywhere buyers look
We put your home on the MLS, and from there it reaches Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and Google. Buyers and agents call you directly.
What you’ll need
- Basic facts: beds, baths, square footage and where that number came from, year built, lot size
- Details buyers ask about: heating and cooling, roof, water and sewer, HOA fees, recent updates
- Good photos, ideally taken in daylight with the lights on. Up to 40.
- Your asking price
What happens after you go live
Buyers and their agents contact you directly. When you accept an offer, request an “under contract” update from your dashboard, and a “sold” update after closing. Price changes are included and unlimited.
What we don’t do
We’re not your agent. We don’t negotiate, advise on offers or prepare contracts. For the contract and closing, most sellers use a real estate attorney or title company.
